2024 August 9th
At a glance
The Union of Self-Governance Court of Highschool students had volatile schedule planning which caused confusion in execution
Consulting on time management and bringing ideas into reality helped the union carry out the forum
The Forum was successfully carried out with 3 different schools participating in discussion and producing resolutions for its topic.
Changing plans and schedules
The Union of Self-Governance Court including CSIA(Cheongshim International Academy), HAFS(Hankuk Academy of Foreign Students), and IIHS(Incheon International Highschool) planned Self-Governance Court Forum to discuss topics such as GPT usage in school, piracy of school materials, and illegal copying through the Internet. However, the initial plan changed over time due to unstable venue management, supply vendors, and most importantly changing visions on the forum.
Volatile plan changes require volatile solutions
Volatile planning due to the changing visions and challenges in venue and supply management was managed by IEM's volatile solutions regarding various situations on the forum date. IEM managed to find vendors to meet unsure participant numbers. This process required IEM to focus on communicating with the client, The Union of Self-Governance Court.
Time management and Planning
An hour of prepared presentation from each school included comparing respective schools' rules and sharing organizations related to the topic and 2 hours of collaborative work on writing the resolution was suggested by IEM and was passed after discussion. This plan successfully helped enhance time management constrained to the limited time of the forum.
