International Relation Forum was successfully carried out with 100 students from 8 different schools participating
Tight due day schedule
CSIA(Cheongshim International Academy) Vank, an organization of CSIA students who are interested in International Relation and Politics planned to have a forum in collaboration with HAFS(Hankuk Academy of Foreign Students) diplomas which is also an IR and Politics student organization. However, the planning and executing process was carried out in tight schedule due to the already fixed Forum date.
IEM helped setting the stage for Forum
To help executing and bringing the plans to reality, IEM utilized its network to find adequate venue to contain 100 students forum. Moreover, IEM delegated VANK in vendoring goods and tools needed in order to make the forum more professional. Goods and tools supplied to the forum included tools for presentation, foods and drinks, and souvenirs.
Carrying out the Forum
8 different specialized schools in Korea including CSIA, HAFS, BIHS(Busan International Highschool), GGHS(Goyang Global Highschool) presented their findings and insights on the topic 'Crisis and solutions for low birth rate and aging society'. 10 Staff members were coordinated with help of IEM for smooth flow of the Forum.
