Organized 17 rooms of debate and events on short notice:
In response to an unexpectedly high level of interest in the Seoul Round in need of a quick local host and partner, we alongside CSIA school administration successfully coordinated 17 rooms of debates and activities within a limited timeframe. Through meticulous planning and efficient communication with venue staff, we sourced the necessary materials, technology, and resources for all rooms. Despite the short notice, each space was prepared to facilitate the four events of seamless debates, collaborative writing, knowledge-based challenges, and a team quiz bowl, delivering an enriching experience for all participants.
Administrative & compliance assistance:
To support the smooth execution of the event, we provided comprehensive administrative assistance. Tasks included streamlining registration processes, managing schedules, and ensuring that all activities adhered to the World Scholar’s Cup’s guidelines and regulations. Clear communication protocols, technology, and real-time updates helped coordinate participant movement across all rooms.
Supplied judges & recruited schools and students:
A robust recruitment effort brought together 17 skilled judges with expertise in debate, writing, and interdisciplinary knowledge. We carefully selected and trained these individuals to align with standards of the World Scholar’s Cup during the pre-event reception.
