Promoted events to schools and students: To improve the participant diversity, we successfully invited local public schools and private schools beyond the international schools that the symposium traditionally targeted. We tailored our promotional approach to align with the unique values and interests of each school type, which contributed to 172 participants, increasing proportion of whom are coming from underrepresented groups.
Advised programming: The goal was to create a balanced agenda that catered to various interests while promoting environmental awareness and action. Hands-on workshops on sustainable living, renewable energy, and conservation techniques from 6 different student presenters provided practical knowledge that students could apply in their daily lives.
Photography and videography: Expertly planned to capture key moments, participant interactions, and the event’s inclusive atmosphere. Professional teams utilized high-quality equipment to document sessions, workshops, and live activities. Post-event, the edited visuals were shared across social media.
